What types of materials do you work with?
We machine a wide range of materials, including all grades of stainless steel, steel alloys, brass, copper, aluminum, titanium, exotic alloys, and high-performance plastics..
What production volumes can you handle?
We do lower volumes ( 50-100 pieces) and larger volumes up to 100,000 pieces. Although we aren’t specifically a prototype shop we occasionally do some of that.
How long have you been in business?
We’ve been serving customers for over 40 years as a family-owned screw machine job shop.
What services do you offer?
We are primarily a CNC Swiss style lathe shop that offers Brown & Sharpe Screw machine services too. Everything we produce is made using bar material.
